The excellent quality of this high-strength two-component epoxy adhesive ensures strong bonding and repairs with a strength of 300 kg/cm2. The adhesive is resistant to moisture, oils, solvents, diluted acids and alkalis. It has a high heat resistance from -40°C to +100°C. After hardening, it can be drilled and painted. SCOPE OF APPLICATION: It is suitable for bonding metals, wood, chipboard, thermosets, hard PVC, laminates, ceramics, porcelain, glass, concrete, stone, marble, rubber, polystyrene foam, etc. both between themselves and with each other. Not suitable for bonding PP, PE, Teflon and silicone. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: The parts to be bonded must be clean, dry and degreased. Insert the double cartridge into a special extrusion gun (cat. no.: 10582). Remove the cap of the double cartridge and attach the mixing tip (cat. no.: 10583). Now start to extrude the already mixed adhesive. If you interrupt work for longer than 90 minutes, replace the mixing tip. The workability of the adhesive is 90 minutes at room temperature. Apply the adhesive to one side, or to both sides for rough and porous materials, press both surfaces together and fix (using clamps or tape). Close the packaging properly. The curing time and final functional strength depend on the applied temperature - see table. The minimum working temperature is 15°C. Store in a dry and cool place.
