Instructions for use
Squeeze the pump to apply an appropriate amount of toothpaste to the toothbrush. Brush your teeth thoroughly for approximately two minutes, twice a day, ideally in the morning and evening.
Spit out the toothpaste after brushing. Do not swallow the toothpaste. Use regularly and follow proper brushing technique to achieve the desired effect.
