Instructions for Use
Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste directly to a moistened toothbrush. Brush your teeth at least twice a day (morning and evening), ideally after each meal, for at least two minutes using gentle circular motions. Rinse your mouth thoroughly with water after brushing. Press the pump only once for the optimal amount of toothpaste. For children under 6 years of age, use only a pea-sized amount under adult supervision to minimize swallowing.
