Instructions for use
Opening: Remove the protective cover from the dispenser.
Dosage: Gently press the pump to dispense a pea-sized amount of toothpaste onto your toothbrush.
Brushing: Brush your teeth for at least 2 minutes, ideally twice a day (morning and evening) and after each meal. Make sure to thoroughly clean all tooth surfaces and gently massage your gums.
Rinsing: After brushing, rinse your mouth thoroughly with water.

AQUA (WATER), HYDRATED SILICA (HYDRATED SILICA OXIDE), SORBITOL, GLYCERIN, SODIUM LAURYL SULFATE, XANTHAN GUM (XANTHAN GUM), AROMA (AROMA/FLAVOR), SODIUM FLUORIDE (SODIUM FLUORIDE), SODIUM SACCHARIN (SODIUM SACCHARIN), DISODIUM PHOSPHATE, TRISODIUM PHOSPHATE, LIMONENE, CI 77891 (TITANIUM OXIDE).
Contains sodium fluoride (1450 ppm F—).

For children under 6 years of age: Use a pea-sized amount of toothpaste under adult supervision to minimize swallowing. If fluoride is being ingested from other sources, consult a dentist or general practitioner.

Usage tip
To maximize the effectiveness of your toothpaste and protect your entire mouth, use an alcohol-free mouthwash after brushing with Theramed toothpaste. Instead of immediately rinsing your mouth with water after brushing, try just spitting out the excess foam - leaving a small amount of fluoride on your teeth will help extend the time it takes for enamel to remineralize.
