Instructions for use
Apply an appropriate amount of toothpaste (the size of a pea) to your toothbrush. Brush your teeth thoroughly for at least two minutes, twice a day (morning and evening), or as recommended by your dentist. Rinse your mouth with water after brushing.
Warning for children: Children under 6 years of age (inclusive): Use a pea-sized amount when brushing teeth under adult supervision to avoid swallowing.
