The set contains 4 bands with different resistance (9–54 kg), thanks to which you can make individual exercises harder or lighter as needed. It is great for training pull-ups, for example, when you throw the band over the bar, pull one end through the resulting eye and tighten it. You put your foot in the loop hanging from the bar, the band will make you lighter, so the exercise will be easier to perform. At the beginning, we recommend choosing wider bands with higher resistance , which will provide stronger assistance. You will gradually get stronger, so you can reduce the resistance of the bands until you can do your first pull-up without assistance.
