SAFE - a new generation security system
Immediate feedback on impending danger
The device collects information about the activity of connected peripherals in encrypted form, analyzes the data and, in the event of an alarm, notifies the user of the security system or within a few milliseconds informs the alarm receiving center about potential danger. For this communication, the hub has four communication channels. It can be connected to the Internet via Ethernet or Wi-Fi. A pair of GSM/GPRS/LTE communicators for two SIM cards serves as a backup communication channel. If signal interference is detected, the user is notified and automatically retuned to an undisturbed frequency band.
Hub 2 Plus LTE excels in hardware capacity
Hub 2 Plus LTE supports the connection of up to 150 detectors and devices of the ProSAFE category (system capacity limit for 6 sirens, 64 PIRs with Motion Cam camera of which 8 are internal, 64 remote controls, 8 keypads and 4 signal repeaters), which can be divided into up to 32 independent groups (subsystems). It is also possible to easily integrate an almost unlimited number of IP cameras, recording devices and other elements of the ProSAFE ecosystem into the system. The system management includes 65 users (31x regular user, 1x administrator, 1x integrator/service and 32x keypad user).
SAFE Keeper wireless protocol communication
SAFE Keeper is a radio protocol developed for the SAFE wireless security system. It operates at an operating frequency of 868.0–868.6 MHz and provides long-range communication between system devices up to a distance exceeding 2,000 m in open space without interference. It is protected by AES128 encryption and a two-way communication mechanism, thus ensuring a high level of security of transmitted data. In the event of radio signal interference, it notifies the user of this fact and automatically switches to an undisturbed frequency band. The device is reliably protected against viruses at the software level. SAFE Keeper underlines the maximum and effective protection of the wireless security system.
Support for photo verification of alarm events
In the event of a breach, the Hub 2 Plus LTE can work with Motion Cam motion detectors (available for indoor and outdoor use) that feature photo alarm verification, and instantly send images from the detectors to the ProSAFE app or alarm receiving centers. This means there is no need to constantly monitor security cameras and 100% privacy is guaranteed when securing indoor spaces.
For parallel visual data transmission from Motion Cam motion detectors equipped with an integrated camera, the Hub 2 Plus LTE combines Wi-Fi and Ethernet technologies in combination with the SafeKeeper radio protocol.
Smart app for smart devices
SAFE brings an intuitive and completely free ProSAFE mobile application that allows you to easily and efficiently manage all devices in your security ecosystem. Whether it's videophones, intercoms, IP cameras, recording devices, detectors or automation elements, you have everything under control in one place. The application is designed for smart devices with Android and iOS operating systems and is fully localized into Czech (Slovak, Polish, English, German and Hungarian), which ensures maximum user comfort. Thanks to a clear interface and simple intuitive control, managing your security system is a matter of just a few clicks.
Cloud firmware update
We designed the SAFE security system so that not only the mobile application is updated, but also the firmware of the individual devices, including the central control unit. The SAFE security system is constantly adapting to modern trends, updating, optimizing and expanding with new system functionalities depending on the development of technologies, requirements or needs of our users. The entire process takes place via encrypted communication, which ensures maximum data protection and integrity. Updates can be performed completely automatically or based on user confirmation.
Safe home and its automation
Unleash the potential of your security system with scenarios to proactively resist threats and automate your routine activities and processes. Set night mode activation according to your own schedule, automatically turn off all office lights when the system is armed, program outdoor lights to turn on when an outdoor detector detects motion, or close the garage door when you park your car. Arm or disarm the system at a preset time or control electrical devices and appliances using a smart mobile app.
Anti-sabotage protection
The SAFE security system cannot be taken out of service without the knowledge of its user. It warns of device failure or loss of connection and stores this information in the event history. We assume that the SAFE system will face serious threats, which is why we have implemented not only backup systems at several levels, but also backups of these systems. In the event of a power outage, the Hub 2 Plus LTE continues to operate powered by a backup battery. In the event of radio communication interference, it switches to backup frequencies and notifies the user or the alarm receiving center. If the Ethernet cable is interrupted, they continue to communicate via another communication channel.
System installation and expansion
The device is ready to use almost straight out of the box. It is set up using the ProSAFE mobile app and adding detectors by simply scanning a QR code couldn’t be easier. Thanks to the smart mounting brackets and included fasteners, the installation itself takes just a few minutes. Thanks to its easy installation, flexible configuration and wireless communication, the SAFE system is highly modular. Its user can therefore expand or adapt their installation at any time to current needs and changing individual requirements.
