Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

As a consumer shopping at Lavonio.ie, you have the right to withdraw from the contract and return goods within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please:

1. Fill in the Withdrawal Form (template available [here – link]).
2. Send the goods back to:

The goods must be returned complete, unused, undamaged, in their original packaging and accompanied by the completed withdrawal form.

⚠️ Please note: Shipments sent cash on delivery (COD) will not be accepted.
The cost of return shipping is borne by the Buyer, unless the return is due to an error on the part of Lavonio.

Refunds will be processed by bank transfer as quickly as possible, no later than 14 days from the date the returned goods arrive at our warehouse.

Products that cannot be returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain products cannot be returned once unsealed or used. These include:

• Cosmetics, personal care and hygiene products (if opened or used),
• Goods made to the customer’s specifications,
• Perishable or short-expiry products.

Complaints (Faulty Goods)

As a consumer, you are entitled to make a complaint about defective goods within 2 years of delivery.

To submit a complaint, please send an email to info@lavonio.ie including:

• Your order number,
• A description of the defect and the requested resolution (refund, replacement, repair),
• A photo of the product defect, the product label and the purchase invoice,
• Your bank account number (if a refund is requested).

Lavonio will confirm receipt of your complaint and resolve it within 30 days of submission.

Final Notes

• Withdrawal within 14 days and the complaint process described above do not apply to business buyers. In such cases, rights are governed by applicable provisions of the Czech Civil Code.
