Product Returns

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason.* The products must be returned complete, in their original condition and must not show any signs of use. Cash-on-delivery return parcels will not be accepted. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer. The paid amount will be refunded via bank transfer, no later than 14 working days after we receive the product.

Claims

If the product has a defect, you may submit a claim within 2 years of receipt. Please attach photos of the product, the label, and the visible defect. After submitting the form, we will contact you within 24 hours. The claim will be resolved no later than 30 days after submission.
