How to apply:

For a full body bath, add bath salt, the amount you like, to about 60 l of water at a temperature of 38 - 45°C and then mix the salt thoroughly and relax in the heat for at least 1 hour. For a wrap for sore areas, use 1 capful of salt and mix it into 2 liters of water on the body area and leave it to work for an hour. After the procedure, wash the area with clean water.
