Brush your teeth twice a day, no more than three times. Keep swallowing the toothpaste to a minimum, always spit it out! After use, close the tube and keep it dry.

Minimize swallowing of toothpaste, always spit out. Contains Sodium Fluoride. If fluoride is ingested from other sources, consult your GP or dentist. Not suitable for children under 12 years of age. Keep out of reach of children. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. If symptoms persist or worsen, consult a dentist. Do not use if the foil packs are broken.
