Uses of Nubian tanning oil:

To protect the entire body, apply 6 teaspoons of the oil evenly to dry skin 15 minutes before sun exposure . Avoid the area around the eyes. Applying less oil reduces the level of protection. Reapply regularly during the day, especially after sweating, swimming or toweling off. Avoid excessive sunlight during the midday hours ( 11 am - 3 pm ) and protect yourself with clothing, headgear and sunglasses. Do not expose infants and young children to direct sunlight. Excessive sun exposure is a serious health hazard. No sunscreen provides 100% protection against sun exposure. Sunscreen may leave contact stains on textiles and other materials.
