It is specially developed for use twice a day, morning and evening, after brushing your teeth. Instructions for use
Quantity: Use 20 ml (approximately 4 teaspoons) per use.

Warning: Do not swallow after rinsing. Do not rinse with water immediately after use to maintain the effectiveness of the fluoride.
