The FIT Prep food bag is a compact food bag that contains 3 durable plastic containers with a transparent lid along with 3 spoons. The bag also includes 2 gel bags. You can use these to keep the bag cool or warm . For a warming effect , just put the gel bag in the microwave or warm water for a few minutes. For a cooling effect , we recommend putting the bag in the freezer for a few minutes. On the left side of the bag there is an open storage space for your bottle or shaker. On the right side of the bag you will find a spacious zippered pocket.

In addition to its stylish design with an innovative front closure, the FIT Prep food bag also offers you comfort when carrying it. This is ensured by an adjustable shoulder strap together with a sturdy handle. This trendy piece is simply a "must have" for every fitness enthusiast! The shaker is not included in the bag!
