Diffusil® repellent Dry spray in aerosol acts immediately up to 8 hours after application. It repels mosquitoes and ticks. It is ideal for everyday outdoor use.

Preparation and use

For non-professional use indoors (well ventilated) and outdoors. Dosage: 1 g of product per 645 cm2 (0.388 mg DEET/cm²), see instructions for use.

Directions for use: Shake well before use. Hold can upright, 15-20 cm from skin. Aim nozzle toward surface to be treated. Spray evenly in a slow, even motion, for 1 second, onto exposed skin in the following areas: Adults: *Face, neck, hands, forearms and tops of feet. Children 2 years and older: *Face, neck, tops of feet. *For use on face: Spray into adult's palms and then spread over adult or child's face, avoiding eyes and mouth. Do not use on children under 2 years of age. Do not apply more than once in 24 hours, avoid overuse. Do not apply to hands of children under 12 years of age. Do not use under clothing. Do not inhale aerosols. Wash treated skin with soap and water after returning indoors. Keep locked up, away from food, drink and animal feed. Wash hands and exposed skin before eating and after using the product. Do not eat, drink or smoke while applying. Do not contaminate food, utensils or other surfaces that may come into contact with food. It is recommended that all areas of untreated skin are covered with clothing and protected from insect bites.

Extremely flammable aerosol. Pressurised container: may burst if heated. Causes serious eye irritation. Harmful to aquatic life with long lasting effects.

If medical advice is needed, have product container or label at hand. Keep out of reach of children. Read and follow all instructions carefully. Keep away from heat, hot surfaces, sparks, open flames and other ignition sources. - No smoking. Do not spray on an open flame or other ignition source. Do not pierce or burn, even after use. Avoid release to the environment. IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If eye irritation persists: Get medical advice/attention. Protect from sunlight. Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C.

Additional Information: Do not apply to broken or irritated skin. Do not apply on or near synthetic materials (except nylon), furniture, plastics, watch glass, leather/painted surfaces including automobiles. Discontinue use if skin irritation occurs.
First aid: Ingestion: Do not induce vomiting: Seek medical advice immediately and show this container or label. Rinse mouth with water. If symptoms persist, contact a doctor.
Disposal: Do not contaminate water bodies or waterways with chemicals or their packaging. The product and its packaging must be disposed of in a safe manner. Do not empty into drains. Do not reuse empty packaging.

Storage

Maximum storage time 2 years from date of manufacture (MAN). Protect from frost. Store in original packaging. Store in a cool, dry place.
