Universal, extra strong adhesive for fast indoor use, with high initial adhesion (500 kg/m2 in 10 seconds) and high final strength (60 kg/m2 in 24 hours). For bonding all types of objects to porous surfaces. FIELD OF APPLICATION: Suitable for all types of materials: wood, Trespa®, iron, aluminium, zinc, (stainless) steel, and other metals, stone, ceramics, concrete, brick, plaster, glass, PVC, ABS, PC, PMMA and other synthetic materials (test beforehand), cork and polystyrene to porous surfaces such as wood, stone, concrete, plaster and chipboard. For all types of objects: skirting boards, battens, window frames, anti-slip boards, thresholds, weather strips, board material, insulation material, stairs, roofing, floor coverings, plasterboards, tiles and polystyrene elements and mouldings. Not suitable for PE, PP, PTFE, bitumen, mirrors, natural stone, permanently damp surfaces and for bonding non-porous materials to porous substrates. When bonding plastics, always perform an adhesion test first. Adhesion to plastics may vary depending on the type of plastic and its quality. Surface requirements: Both parts to be bonded must be dry, clean, free of dust and grease. One of the parts to be bonded must be porous (absorbent). Tools: Apply the contents of the cartridge using a cartridge gun. If necessary, tap lightly with a rubber mallet. For area bonding, use a glue spreader (2 mm). APPLICATION Instructions for use: Before use, open the cartridge by cutting the plastic tip above the thread with the Bison Multi Tool. Attach the nozzle to the cartridge and cut diagonally to the desired diameter. Apply to one side to be glued on a solid, clean surface free of dust and grease. Apply in dots or stripes (10-40 cm spacing). Press firmly or tap and let harden. Hold heavy materials for 10 seconds. Remove excess glue immediately with ammonia. It reaches its final strength after 24 hours, depending on the surface and ambient conditions. Stains / residues: Clean tools and stains from uncured glue with water. Dried stains can only be removed mechanically. Tip: Bison Grizzly Montage Power is recommended for indoor use. Bison Grizzly Montage Extreme for indoor and outdoor use. Note: The following drying times are based on bonding at least one porous material and an adhesive layer of approx. 1 mm thickness. If two non-porous materials are joined and/or the adhesive layer is thicker, the drying time can be considerably longer. CURING TIME* Final bond strength after: approx. 24 hours * Curing time may vary depending on the surface, product quantity, humidity and ambient temperature.
