Universal, super strong and fast construction adhesive for indoor and outdoor use, with high initial adhesion and high final strength. FIELD OF APPLICATION: Suitable for all materials: wood, Trespa®, iron, aluminium, zinc, (stainless) steel and other metals, stone, ceramics, concrete, brick, plaster, glass, PVC, ABS, PC, PMMA and other synthetic materials (test first), cork and polystyrene foam on porous surfaces such as wood, stone, concrete, plaster and chipboard. Adheres to all types of materials: skirting boards, moldings, window sills, anti-slip boards, thresholds, facade boards, board material, insulation material, stairs, tarpaulins, floorboards, plasterboards, ceramic tiles and polystyrene decorations and trims. Not suitable for PE, PP, PTFE, bitumen. When bonding plastics, always carry out an adhesion test first. Adhesion to plastics may vary depending on the type of plastic and its quality. Surface requirements: Both parts to be bonded must be dry, clean, free of dust and grease. Preliminary surface treatment: The surfaces must be clean, free of dust and grease. The surface must be solid. The surface may be slightly damp. The use of a primer is not necessary. Tools: Cartridge gun and Bison Multi Tool APPLICATION Instructions for use: Before use, open the cartridge from above by cutting the plastic tip above the thread with the Bison Multi Tool. Attach the nozzle to the cartridge and cut diagonally to the desired diameter. Depending on the weight of the material, apply the adhesive evenly in stripes or dots (10-40 cm spacing). Apply the adhesive especially to corners and along the edges. Shifting of individual parts (e.g. facade panels) can be prevented by applying a 3 mm layer of adhesive and using spacer blocks or tape. Press the materials to be glued together, press or tap. Correction is still possible. Close the cartridge properly immediately after use. Stains / residues: Remove adhesive residues immediately with ammonia. Dried adhesive residues can only be removed mechanically. Recommendation: Bison Grizzly Montage Power is recommended for indoor use. Bison Grizzly Montage Extreme is recommended for indoor and outdoor use. Note: The following drying times are based on bonding at least one porous material and an adhesive layer of approx. 1 mm thickness. If two non-porous materials are bonded and/or the adhesive layer is thicker, the drying time may be considerably longer. CURING TIME * Drying time: approx. 10 seconds after initial bonding Final bond strength after: approx. 6 hours * Curing time may vary depending on the surface, product quantity, humidity and ambient temperature.
