BISON POWER ADHESIVE PRODUCT DESCRIPTION: Two-component polyurethane adhesive with very high bond strength - up to 180 kg/cm2. Shock-resistant - flexible. Temperature stability in the range of -30°C to +100°C. SCOPE OF APPLICATION: Bonds many materials where other adhesives fail. Particularly suitable for bonding synthetic materials (PVC, mixtures of styrene-acrylonitrile copolymer with butadiene-acrylonitrile rubber, plexiglass, bakelite and polyester) to other materials such as stainless steel, iron, aluminium, zinc, concrete, marble, wood, rubber, mirrors and glass. Not suitable for PE, PP, PTFE and silicones. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Surfaces must be clean, dry, free of dust and degreased. Roughen the surface of metals and synthetic materials first. Squeeze the same amount of material from both tubes. The mixing ratio is 1 (hardener - smaller tube) : 4 (resin), i.e. squeeze out two equally long strips of glue (min. 5 cm) next to each other - this will ensure the correct mixing ratio. Mix well to obtain a uniform color. The working time with the glue is 15 minutes. Apply to one surface, attach the other and hold them firmly together (for example with tape or clamps). The connection is durable after 1 hour (at a temperature of +20°C) and reaches maximum strength after 48 hours. IMPORTANT: Use plastic gloves. Higher temperature allows for higher strength to be achieved in a shorter time. Do not use at temperatures below +5°C. Maximum storage time: 24 months. Close carefully and store in a cool, dry place protected from frost for further use.
