SILICONE UNIVERSAL is a high-quality 100% acetate silicone sealant, suitable for both indoor and outdoor use. Thanks to its flexibility, resistance to water, UV radiation and industrial media, it is an ideal choice for professional and domestic applications. The sealant is permanently flexible, colorfast, resistant to water, UV radiation and common chemicals. It is suitable for indoor and outdoor use. After application, it creates a protective film within 15 minutes and hardens approximately 2 mm in 24 hours. The temperature resistance of this sealant is from -50 °C to +150 °C. The application temperature is from +5 °C to +40 °C. Use: The sealant is suitable for sealing and bonding windows, doors, winter gardens, greenhouses and for sealing in construction and motor transport. It is not suitable for non-ferrous metals, porous materials, polyethylene and polypropylene. It is not suitable for painting and bonding aquariums - for aquariums use BISON SILICONE GLASS TRANSPARENT. Application: The substrate must be clean, dry and degreased. Cut the tip of the cartridge above the thread, screw on the application tip, cut it diagonally according to the width of the joint. Use an extrusion gun to extrude the sealant in an even layer into the desired area. Apply the sealant evenly and smooth it with a damp sealant spatula or a damp finger. The membrane will form within 15 minutes. The sealant hardens approximately 2 mm in 24 hours. Leave to dry for at least 1 hour. Remove uncured sealant immediately with technical petrol, hardened only mechanically.
