sealant based on acrylic dispersion for indoor and outdoor use, odorless, UV resistant, overcoatable, temperature resistant from -20°C to +80°C, working temperature from +5°C to +40°C, curing time: forms a skin in approx. 15 minutes depending on the working temperature, curing speed: approx. 1 mm/24 hours, coverage of 1 cartridge: length approx. 8 m with a 6x6 mm layer - application. One-component water-based sealant based on acrylic dispersion, odorless when drying. Very easy to overcoat with common paints. UV resistant, shows minimal drying. Resistant to temperatures from -20°C to +75°C. SCOPE OF USE: Suitable for jointing during plasterboard installation, for joints between masonry and window and door frames, suitable for repairing cracks in plaster, sealing during air conditioning installation, flexible jointing with the possibility of repainting in car repair shops (metal substrates must be coated). Not suitable for sealing PP, PE, Teflon and silicone. Working temperature from +5°C to +40°C. Coverage of 1 cartridge approx. 8m at 6x6 mm layer. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Substrate surfaces must be dust-free and degreased, moist to 5% humidity. For a perfect joint, coat the substrate with primer - dilute the sealant with water in a ratio of 2:1 and coat the substrate - the coating dries within 20 minutes. Cut the tip of the cartridge above the thread, screw on the application tip, cut it diagonally according to the width of the joint and use the extrusion gun to extrude the sealant in an even layer. You can mask the area around the joint with masking tape. Smooth the applied sealant within 10 minutes with a wet brush or spatula. Remove excess sealant with water; once dry, it can only be removed mechanically. Recoating is possible after 24 hours.
