High final strength 170 kg/cm2. Open processing time 90 minutes. Resists water, moisture, oils, solvents, diluted acids and alkalis. Heat resistance from -50°C to +80°C. Handling strength after 7 hours. Hardening after 24 hours. Fills joints and cracks. After hardening, it can be overcoated. SCOPE OF USE: It is suitable for bonding metals, wood, chipboard, thermosets, hard PVC, laminates, ceramics, porcelain, glass, concrete, stone, marble, rubber, polystyrene foam, some plastics (plastic, polyester, bakelite) etc. both between themselves and with each other. Not suitable for bonding PP, PE, Teflon and silicone. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Working temperature is +5° to +35°C. The glued parts must be clean, dry and degreased. Remove the cap of the double syringe. Extrude the filler and hardener in a volume ratio of 1:1 (two equal strips) and mix thoroughly. The workability of the adhesive is 90 minutes at room temperature. Apply the adhesive to one side, or to both sides for rough and porous materials, press both surfaces together and fix (using clamps or tape). Clean the ends thoroughly and close (the cap must be broken off from the pistons of the double-syringe). Store in a dry and cool place.
