BIOM Sulfur Candle

BIOM Sulfur Candle is an auxiliary product designed for sulfurizing cellars, warehouses and other closed and empty spaces before re-stocking products. The sulfur candle can be used by beekeepers, orchardists, vegetable growers, gardeners, but also by anyone who needs to disinfect cellars, greenhouses and other spaces.

Sulfur candle reliably destroys pests, microorganisms, mold and mold spores

Scope and method of use:

Apply the sulfur candle in empty spaces intended for treatment. Place the sulfur candle in a non-flammable container (e.g. a tin bucket) and light it. Immediately leave the room and close it tightly.

Burning sulfur produces sulfur dioxide (CAS: 7446-09-5) – a toxic gas that causes sulfuration in the room. The candle does not burn with a classic flame, but the sulfur begins to melt (bubble), turns brown and gas is released.

The candle does not have a classic wick. Light it with matches, a lighter, etc. After at least 4 hours, open the room and ventilate it thoroughly. One Sulfur candle is enough for about 12 - 15 m3 of closed space.

If the candle is broken, it does not affect the quality of the product.

• Caution: Leave the enclosed space immediately after lighting the candle! The released sulfur dioxide can cause severe skin burns and eye damage! It is toxic if inhaled!

Storage:

Store in closed original packaging, in a dry place, separate from food. Keep out of reach of children.

Disposal of packaging:

Dispose of empty containers with municipal waste, do not burn!

Shelf life:

If stored properly, in original, undamaged packaging, the shelf life is unlimited.
