BIO Ghi is a butter fat without milk proteins and sugars suitable for fitness recipes

BIO Ghi is pure butter fat, which is produced by slowly churning butter. It is made from the milk of cows that graze on farms that do not use any pesticides, fertilizers or chemicals. During its preparation, water, proteins and sugars evaporate from the butter. The resulting product is pure fat that has a yellow color, a buttery taste and does not contain any flavorings, dyes or aromas. Since it does not contain milk proteins, it is also suitable for people with milk intolerance. BIO Ghi is suitable for cooking or baking instead of classic butter. It has a high flash point, approximately 240°C, which means that it does not burn when baking or cooking.
