BIO Chilli oil is a flavored chili oil for all those who love spicy taste and care about food quality. The base is cold-pressed BIO rapeseed oil , which is enriched with 0.9% BIO chili peppers. Thanks to the gentle production method of cold pressing and subsequent filtration , the oil retains its beautiful color, natural aroma and high proportion of unsaturated fatty acids. These make up more than 92% of the total fat content. Specifically, these are mainly monounsaturated fatty acids (65.1 g per 100 g) and polyunsaturated fatty acids (27.4 g per 100 g). They are beneficial especially because replacing saturated fats with unsaturated fats in the diet contributes to maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels . Chilli peppers give the oil a moderately spicy character that pleasantly warms without overpowering the taste of the food itself.

You will find a variety of uses for it in the kitchen. It is best enjoyed when drizzled over a finished dish just before serving. This will bring out its flavour and pleasant heat.
