Epsom mineral bath salt with lavender. Epsom salt relaxes muscles and detoxifies. Lavender is known for its positive effect on sleep quality. Its scent helps the body and mind relax better. A foot bath in Epsom salt helps reduce swelling in the lower extremities and destroys bacteria that cause their odor. The salt can also be used as a full-body scrub.

Composition:
Magnesium sulfate heptahydrate - bitter salt (MgSO4x7H2O), dried lavender flower.

Use:
Epsom salt bath: Fill a bathtub with warm water and sprinkle Epsom salt in. For every 25-30 kg of your weight, add 0.5 cup (1dcl) of Epsom salt. Set aside at least 40 minutes for the bath. This will maximize the elimination of toxins and absorption of minerals from the water.
