Tulsi, or holy basil, comes from India and promotes vitality, energy, physical well-being and relaxation. In Ayurvedic medicine, it is used primarily to strengthen the body's defenses, against stress, against colds and has antioxidant and antibacterial effects.

Composition:

Ingredients: Tulsi (Ocimum tenuiflorum) holy basil 300 mg, vegetable cellulose capsule.

Do not exceed recommended dosage. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet. This product is not intended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Keep out of reach of small children. Store in a cool, dry place. Do not expose to sunlight.

Recommended dosage:

Dosage: 1 to 2 capsules twice a day, in the morning and early afternoon. It is recommended to take for at least one month.
