Blueberry flavour: oat flour, whey protein concentrate (36%), dried egg whites, dried skimmed milk , rolled oats, olive oil, freeze-dried blueberries (1.5%), flavouring, beetroot concentrate (maltodextrin, beetroot concentrate, citric acid), sweetener (sucralose).

Unflavoured: oat flour, whey protein concentrate (36%), dried egg whites, dried skimmed milk , rolled oats, olive oil, flavouring, sweetener (sucralose).

Dosage and preparation instructions

1. Mix 2 scoops (50 g) of Protein Pancake & Waffle Mix with 100 ml of low-fat milk or water.
2. Put 1/2 tablespoon of oil in the pan.
3. Bake the pancakes until golden brown on both sides.
