Thanks to this combination, it is rich in complex carbohydrates and is also a source of fiber . It is therefore a complex food suitable for consumption at any time of the day, ideally for breakfast or a snack. Its composition includes proteins that contribute to the growth and maintenance of muscle mass.

Oatmeal 46%, soy protein concentrate 20%, sugar, sunflower oil, rice syrup, pea protein isolate 2.9%, maltodextrin, dried sprouted red quinoa flakes, freeze-dried fruit 1.5% (raspberries, strawberries, blueberries), rice flour, sea salt, acidity regulator (malic acid), natural flavor, antioxidants (ascorbyl palmitate, tocopherol extract, rosemary extract, sunflower lecithin).
