Oolong tea is an exceptional loose tea that, thanks to its specific processing, is located exactly on the border between green and black tea. In Chinese, it is known as wūlóng chá, blue-green tea or, literally translated, black dragon. It is a 100% pure tea made from the leaves of the Chinese tea plant (Camellia sinensis) , the secret of which lies in the process of semi-oxidation. Unlike green tea, which is almost unoxidized, and black tea, which undergoes complete oxidation, Oolong is somewhere in the middle. This carefully controlled process gives it its characteristic color and, above all, an unusually rich and complex flavor.

The resulting drink is often full-bodied and offers a wide range of flavor nuances.
