Very Berry Heart healthy oatmeal is made from oat bran, the taste of which is perfectly complemented by freeze-dried fruit (lyophilized strawberries, raspberries, cranberries). Thanks to the processing method, it retains all the important vitamins and minerals, such as iron, folic acid, niacin, pantothenic acid, thiamine, vitamin B12, riboflavin, vitamin B6 and vitamins D and E.

Very Berry Heart also boasts an optimal ratio of oat beta-glucans. These contribute to maintaining normal blood cholesterol levels and reducing the increase in blood glucose after a meal rich in oats. They provide at least 1 g of oat beta-glucans per serving (40 g), which is up to 33% of the recommended daily intake (3 g).
