How to prepare a meal

6. When you have a self-heating capsule unpacked from its packaging, a sealed food, and a measured amount of water in a zipper bag, you can close it tightly at the top.
7. In winter, place a backpack or piece of clothing under the zipper bag to prevent heat from escaping into the ground.
8. Wait 12 minutes, after which open the zipper bag and take out the finished dish.
9. Open the bag of food. The mixture will probably be warmer at the bottom and cooler at the top. That's why you need to mix it well.
