Brahmi is one of the main herbs used in Ayurvedic medicine to regenerate the nervous system. It has been used in natural medicine of the Far East for thousands of years. It grows in the tropical regions of India, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, but also in Madagascar and South Africa and, interestingly, it is also found in Eastern Europe.

Composition:

Centella asiatica (Gotu Cola) - Centella asiatica whole herb 350 mg, vegetable cellulose capsules.

Do not exceed recommended dosage. Do not use as a substitute for a varied diet. This product is not intended for children, pregnant or breastfeeding women. Keep out of reach of small children. Store in a cool, dry place. Do not expose to sunlight.

Recommended dosage:

Recommended dosage: 1-2 capsules twice daily with food. It is recommended to take for at least one month.
