Always and everywhere, super strong and permanently elastic Bison Poly Max Crystal Express is a transparent, fast-drying, exceptionally high-quality special assembly adhesive for joining and attaching smooth, absorbent and non-absorbent materials in interiors and exteriors. It reaches handling strength after only 2 hours, final strength after about 4 hours (if at least one material is absorbent). The bonded joint is elastic, absorbs vibrations, does not shrink and has great combination capabilities. The adhesive is resistant to moisture, weather conditions and temperatures from -40°C to +100°C and can be overpainted. Coverage 5 - 8 m2/kg. SCOPE OF USE: It is intended for gluing and mounting PVC, ABS, metals, stone, glass, various plastics on various materials such as metals, plastics, glass, marble, stone, plexiglass, tiles, etc. It is also suitable for mounting gluing mirrors on smooth surfaces and gluing polystyrene foam to metals (e.g. garage door insulation), to tiles, tiles, etc. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Gluing and fixing: The glued surfaces must be dry and dust-free. Apply the glue on one side in dots or stripes and press together. For heavy materials, fix the glued parts for 2 hours. The joint will reach full strength after 4 hours (condition: at least one material must be porous). The glued parts can be corrected for several minutes. The minimum working temperature is +5 °C. Uncured glue can be removed with a wet cloth. Store in a cool and dry place; the glue must not freeze. Sealing: Apply the sealant evenly to the joints. Smooth out within 10 minutes with a damp (water with detergent without lemon) trowel, spatula or finger. Seal vertical joints from the bottom up. The surface is dry within approx. 15 minutes. Complete curing occurs after several days (depending on the thickness) - the curing rate is approximately 2 mm/24 hours. Alkyd paints can slow down the curing time of the joint. Always test first. Flexibility: good Filling ability: very good IMPORTANT: Use in the range from +5°C to +40°C.
