Vitamin C, also known as L-ascorbic acid, contributes to:

- maintaining normal immune system function during and after intense physical exercise
- normal collagen formation for the normal function of blood vessels, bones, cartilage, gums, skin, teeth

- reduction of fatigue and exhaustion
- increases iron absorption

Dosage:
1 g per day = approximately ⅓ teaspoon, taken with water.
