L-tryptophan is an essential amino acid. The term essential means that the human body cannot produce it itself, so it must be obtained from food. Tryptophan has the ability to change in the bloodstream in the presence of vitamin B6 (pyridoxine) into the neurohormone of good mood - serotonin. Vitamin B6 contributes to normal mental activity, to reducing stress, fatigue and exhaustion.

Dosage:
1 tablet once a day, ideally in the evening on an empty stomach, drink plenty of liquid. The effects will appear within the 7th to 10th day of use. Take for at least 1 month. Can be used long-term.

Notice:
Not intended for pregnant or breastfeeding women and children under 15 years of age. The product must not be used by people suffering from cancer or those suffering from insufficient liver or kidney function. Keep out of reach of children. The product is not intended as a substitute for a varied diet. Follow the recommended dosage. The manufacturer is not liable for damage caused by improper use or storage.
