Hericium is one of the most popular mushrooms in traditional Chinese medicine. It contains a large amount of beta-glucans, which support the immune system and have antioxidant properties. The mushroom also contains 19 free amino acids and linoleic acid. Hericium also excels in the content of vitamins D and B, trace elements and minerals - for example, magnesium, sodium, potassium, zinc, selenium or copper.

Dosage:
The recommended daily dosage is 2-3 capsules per day, 5 days a week and 2 days off or 3 weeks and 1 week off. We recommend taking 20 minutes before meals, with still water or tea.
