Turmeric is added to dishes by chefs all over the world for its excellent taste, beautiful yellow color, but mainly for its health benefits. Curcumin, contained in turmeric, is an excellent natural antioxidant and has anti-inflammatory properties. It also improves digestion, has an effect on liver function and helps with joints. The healing properties of curcumin are even better thanks to the added piperine. This pepper extract increases the effectiveness of selected substances.

Dosage:
1–2 capsules daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Maximum effects are achieved with long-term use.
