Collagen is one of the most abundant proteins in our body. However, as we age, its natural production slows down. This degenerative process is responsible for typical signs of aging, such as wrinkles and joint pain. A lack of collagen can also cause brittle nails. Hydrolyzed collagen type I powder binds water very well, which is why it is able to keep the skin hydrated and supple even with age. It works from the inside, thus adding elasticity to the deep layers of the skin. This makes it much more effective than expensive anti-wrinkle creams or laser wrinkle smoothing. Collagen powder has a neutral taste and dissolves very well in water.

Use:
Mix 2 tablespoons of collagen into 200-300 ml of water or other beverage (hot or cold) and drink. TIP! The powder can also be sprinkled into yogurt, smoothies, porridge, soup or sauce. Recommended dosage: 10-20g per day (2-4 tablespoons).
