Chaga (Chaga) grows on the trunks of Siberian birch trees. Traditional Chinese medicine uses this mushroom to support the body's natural defenses. Chaga contains betulin and betulinic acid. The mushroom also contains melanin, which protects the skin from UV damage. Chaga also contains trace minerals, fiber and amino acids, and beta-glucans. Beta-glucans have the ability to strengthen the immune system and also have antioxidant properties.

Dosage:
1 – 2 capsules daily. Drink plenty of water. First week, one capsule in the morning on an empty stomach. Second week, 1 capsule in the morning and 1 capsule in the afternoon.

Notice:
Food supplement. Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. Not suitable for children under three years of age, pregnant and breastfeeding mothers. Keep out of reach of children! Does not replace a varied and balanced diet.
