In conjunction with the mixing attachment 10583, UHU epoxy adhesives (10584, 10585) can be used for continuous gluing processes in industrial production. SCOPE OF APPLICATION: For UHU and other cartridges with a content of 2 x 25 ml. INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE: Assembling the gun: The black extrusion piston is inserted into the gun body with the front part. The cartridge is inserted into the front part of the extrusion gun and secured with the safety catch. The yellow cover on the cartridge is unscrewed (bayonet lock). The mixing attachment 10583 is attached. Now it is possible to start extruding the adhesive, which is already mixed in the correct mixing ratio. After finishing the work, the mixing attachment must be removed and disposed of according to regulations. Before starting a new gluing process, a new mixing attachment must be used. NOTE: For UHU plus endfest 300 epoxy adhesive, which has an open working time, the attachment must be replaced after 90 minutes of work. If it is a technical break and the process will continue. This saves the mixing attachment.
