Wellaflex Fullness For Fine Hair Mousse Fixer - Ultra strong hold.
- Mousse hairspray adds visible volume to hair

Shake the container well before use and hold the dispenser downwards when applying. Apply an apple-sized amount evenly to damp hair. Blow-dry or let hair air dry.
